10. Bethany provides transportation to and from our center to physicians offices, chemotherapy appointments, and dialysis for our guests.
9. Our secure care unit provides specialized care for guests with cognitive impairment in a nurturing and safe environment. Staff on the unit receive special training to maximize their effectiveness in helping our guests maintain a sense of dignity and joy.
8. Bethany’s rehabilitation services are top-notch! We have our own in-house therapy staff members who are experts in helping our guests gain the greatest independence possible. We are proud of the fact that many guests are able to return to their homes after a successful course of therapy.
7. Residents and their families are included at least quarterly in resident care plan meetings so as to have a voice in the care provided to the individual.
6. Fine dining is a way of life at Bethany. From fine china to a seasonal centerpiece, from a daily delicious continental breakfast to linen napkins and tablecloths, we want to make sure that meals are the highlight of each of our guest’s day.
5. Bethany has a beautifully decorated suite for the comfort of our hospice guests and their family members. A bed is available in the suite for family members who wish to spend the night with their loved one.
4. Something interesting is always happening at Bethany Rehabilitation Center! Our guests have opportunities to practice long-standing hobbies and learn new ones, keep abreast of current events, be active members of the greater community, exercise, enjoy daily ice cream socials, and have plenty of opportunities to socialize and have fun together.
